However, I also believe that the overall ideal the American Dream suggests is one where every American citizen can realize it. It is this ideal that I believe to be realistically impossible to achieve.<br /><br />In short, I agree with your statement that some people have acquired their own version of the Dream. However, when it comes to the general American Dream that has been sold to all American citizens, I believe some people have been excluded. However, I don't think the American Dream is impossible for any one individual. There are certainly people in the United States that seem to have achieved the American Dream, at least in my opinion.
